CX Leaders Council (CXLC) is the annual gathering of world leading customer experience organisations, attracting 100+ senior leaders in CX from some of the world’s most iconic brands. This year, taking place 25-26 October at the Sheraton Grand Mirage in Port Douglas, Great Barrier Reef, a UNESCO listed World Heritage Area.

Spanning 2 days, the CX Leaders Council will offer thought provoking plenaries, unmatched networking amongst peers, industry thought leaders and Genesys executives, whilst providing all attendees with a memorable, iconic experience.
